King Kong Crashes!!!

"Scuze me while I sit this one out - on my head"

I suppose it comes with the territory - launch titles on any new system have a higher risk of crashing. Playing my Xbox 360 King Kong today, about 80% of the way through it when Kong decides to sit on his head and stop responding to my robotic monkey commands. I can pause the game but cannot control Kong - he just sits there on his head. Had to exit to the dash and come back to fix. Other than that it's been a great ride!

*** UPDATE ***

Well I spoke too soon. While terrorizing the streets of New York my Kong robotic monkey slipped into a blue abyss and froze. I am able to rotate the 3D model around but nothing much else. Kong is holding a taxi and about to smash it. I'm not as talented as those Red vs. Blue guys so I'm turning off the 360 without any clever Donkey Kong dialogue added.
