Wow! Super Fast Turn-Around From Microsoft!!!

OMG!!!! Let's see, I sent my Xbox 360 in the mail last Thursday and today a brand new one was delivered to me doorstep! That's awesome service! I don't care what anyone says, Microsoft is handling the launch hardware problems with class.

    Well, I am about to go though the same thing. I have to send my 360 because of some hardware fault. Hopefully I get the same great service as you did.

  • I had the same great response. It's too bad people like that guy from chicago exist to sue xBox. They were very quick once I got ahold of someone on the phone and I got a new xBox within 3 days. That is service. I really want to hunt down that chicago idiot and hit him in the face.

  • Well I am glad someone got good service.

    I have called 5 times (over 6 days) and am still waiting for them to send me the shipping container to send my defective unit back!!!!
